All referrals are reviewed to confirm that they are appropriate for this service. We will ask some questions on a referral form to make sure that we are the right service for you. Once referrals are accepted, clients are booked into an appointment, or added to the intake list. Waiting times may vary depending on the level of urgency, and whether it is for Occupational Therapy or Case Management. Quotes can be provided to third party agencies. If you are an NDIS participant we conduct a portal check prior to making any appointments to ensure funding is available.
