If life was like a boat journey, we would all know good times when seas are calm and a beautiful breeze glides us across the waters.

Conditions can change when we least expect it.

Storms come, winds blow, waves start to rise, and rowing becomes difficult.

A diagnosis, a disability, a health condition, or being involved in an injury or accident affect many of us.

These can be challenging conditions to navigate, however having an experienced and reliable support team to help you with these conditions can make a real difference.

Lighthouse Occupational Therapy work with you as part of your health care team. Through years of experience we offer options and solutions, and support you on your journey of life.
